Our Mission Statement: Capitol Sports Association (CSA) is a non-profit corporation whose specific and primary purpose is to provide quality recreational baseball and softball sports activities for adults and children. Who We Are: Capitol Sports Association has been offering fast pitch and slow pitch softball leagues and tournaments for more than 20 years. During that time, we have had the privilege of conducting the largest softball tournaments in the Greater Sacramento Area as well as on the South and North shores of Lake Tahoe. Our reputation is built on credibility and responsibility as well as customer service and quality of product.
